We have the capacity to produce castings, further processing, and/or heat-treating, with unit weight from 100g to 80kg/piece, and dimension from 5mm to 1,000mm with specifications tailored according to customers requirements.The capacity of Thai Ductile Industry Co., Ltd. is 350 tons/month.

Main Systems Description 

Pattern Design

CAD software package and simulation are applied in designing parts by engineers who combine computer assistance with hands-on experience to ensure running feasibility and optimized results.

 

Sand System

Several sand systems including green sand line and shell mold line are used. The combination provides high flexibility in manufacturing different products.

 

Core and Pattern Making

Shell molding technique is used in core making and well-maintained.
