we are capable of manufacturing castings, machined or/and heat-treated, with unit weight from 100 gram to 12,000 kg and dimension from 5 mm to 3,500 mm with specifications tailored to customers's requirement.
The combined capacity of Thai Ductile Industry Co., Ltd and Thai First Casting Co., Ltd, is 1,200 Ton/month.

Pattern Design
CAD and simulation software packages are applied in designing by engineers who combine computer assistance with hand-on experience to ensure running feasibility and optimized results.
Sand system
Several sand systems including Green Sand, Furan, Loss-foam and Shell mold processes are used here. The combination provides high flexiblity in manufacturing different products.
Core making and pattern making
Furan, CO2, and Shell tech are used in core making while wood, aluminium and foam patterns are made, used and well maintained here.
